JOB VISION (general)

JOB ROLE (competence set)

• Help to establish future employee service pipeline that will increase enterprise standards.
• Value creation by implementation of HR programs & high quality services, including:

talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention; completing personnel transactions.

• Improving management and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solution and counseling managers and employees.
• Completing special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules, developing and organizing information via fulfilling transactions.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Building high performance HR strategy.
• Leading a culture of innovation.
