JOB MISSION:
● Participate in HANDLING client’s PORTFOLIOS and assignments
● PROVIDE compliance and CONSULTING SERVICES to corporate clients
● Identify complex TAX issues and provide tax ANALYSIS for a variety of entities and their affiliates
● Helping business clients CREATE STRATEGIES for dealing with tax and prepare for their future in the financial market
● Advising and consulting with clients in order to provide advice about tax legislation, eg ensuring businesses and assets are properly structured to minimize the incidence of taxation
● Oversee complex TAX RESEARCH projects for clients in diverse industries
● Research and analysis of a wide range of tax issues related to business transactions and tax implications of financing techniques for a variety of entities and their affiliates
