Job description, responsibilities and duties
JOB MISSION
• Act at pre-sales stage as the Single Point of Contact for handover from commercial to contract teams
• Ensure smooth transition with Commercial management,
• Ensure timely communication of contract details to all applicable organizations through overseeing negotiation plans, risk assessments and contract hand-over.
• Leads the management of post contract signature changes, and contract/commercial disputes
• All financial aspects of Service Level Agreement (SLA) issues including penalty payments, remedy periodsWork with legal support to propose contract amendments and relevant negotiations (LSA, FOREX, etc)Identifies, quantifies and communicates risks to the ABU team and develops risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the financial assessment with finance
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure program compliance in line with corporate guidelines
• Ensure new commercial propositions (extensions) are compliant to commercial, legal and financial terms and conditions
• Work with Pricing Group to develop business cases for scope extension in line with ABU strategy (when applicable)
• Contribute to P&L figures & ABU profitability and comments under finance accountability
• Monitoring of all financial impacts derived from contractual terms or changes that modify business case vs. original business case
• SPOC within the ABU for pricing, true-up, benchmark, catalog of Services, Sourcing
• Responsible for design and validation of Commercial Catalogue in compliance with the business case

• 5 plus years of business experience, in field of: outsourcing and telecommunications/IT experience in commercial & contract management for large global companies, working in an international environment, service delivery management, business unit management
• Proven experience in: Business planning, Managing people to obtain optimum performance and task satisfaction, assessing and redirecting resource alignments, anticipating and addressing cultural differences internally or externally, establishing and cultivating long-term business partnerships, building credibility and trust internally and externally, dealing with concerns and issues of senior executives.
• Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff / senior management as required.
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
• Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required (analyzing problems from multiple perspectives, identifying and deploying appropriate resources)
• Fluent in English (other foreign language is a plus)
