YOUR KEY MISSIONS:

::: BID production Management :

.To act as the main point of contact for the sales and presales teams for bid documentation and production management.
.Structure deliverable requirements; develop draft response documentation and Bid Texting Plans ensuring that all requirements of the responses are met.
.Manage Bid Production Schedule, track and report on bid success rate.
.Coordinate the responsibilities of contribution owners, co-ordinating input from across an organisation, often as virtual teams.
.Manage and maintain the bid repository and libraries.
.Manage the supply of bid production materials.
.Ensure the responses meet branding and corporate guidelines.
.Prioritise and schedule multiple responses consecutively.
.Develop tools to support the role and improve efficiency in the bid production processes.
.As required train staff in the processes, procedures, and software in the bid response arena.

::: SHAREPOINT & KNOWLEDGE Management:

.Design, build and manage the Pre-sales practice SharePoint sites
.Design build and manage the B&SM bid and management SharePoint sites
.Training of all pre-sales people in use of SharePoint
.Content management for B&SM
.Lead and manage Pre-sales community calls, identifying subjects for calls, managing a schedule of calls
.Utilising Vibe as the community tools for communication calls
