Job description, responsibilities and duties
JOB ROLE PURPOSE:
The product manager is a member of the International Voice Domain team. The Domain handles Product Management, Pricing, Business Development, and Operational Marketing for the group Voice services globally. The team is spread over 3 continents, from Atlanta to Hong Kong via Paris, in more than 10 different group offices offering a truly multi-cultural working environment.
INTERNATIONAL VOICE is at the HEART of the company IP Transformation strategy, articulating its profitable revenue growth around 3 products:
° Business Talk
° Contact Centre inbound services
° Audio & Web conferencing
THE PRODUCT MANAGER is responsible globally for:
1 ° product design: market research, economic studies / BC, scope and define the product requirements incl. customer journey
2 ° product development: secure funding / resources and drive the development through the Time to Market framework, including the delivery of key product collaterals
3 ° product lifecycle and P&L: monitor financial and operational performance, initiate service evolution and improvement plans accordingly
4 ° business development / sales support: train the relevant Sales / PM and CSM communities, provide expert level support to develop non-standard and customized offers for critical deals.

° Expert knowledge on voice network services: business models, SIP trunking, interconnect models (regulated and wholesale offers), regulatory framework and obligations (number portability, lawful intercept, emergency services, etc).
° Demonstrated financial experience that can be applied to a P&L role, including but not limited to business case creation.
° Prior experience in a product management or technical role requiring business acumen
° English fluent and preferably another language.
SOFT SKILLS:
° Leadership capabilities, well organized, detail oriented and results driven person.
° Agile and flexible, with a can do attitude.
° Excellent communication and presentation skills.
° Ability and willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment.
