Senior Collections Analyst (international accounting background privileged)

YOU WILL BE:

• Responsible for the collection of all global customer, SITA, outstanding receivables.
••• Responsible for the allocation of all SITA receivables for all countries including the clearing house process. Prepare debit and credit memos.
• Communicating with customer and payment offices in the pursuit of collecting payment for all receivables. Resolve customers’ challenges/claims.
••• Monitor daily the receivable aging report and set targets and action items for collection of past due accounts.
• Work closely with the Billing Manager and staff, Accounts Payable, Account Managers and Revenue Assurance to resolve outstanding invoice issues.
••• Provide weekly status reports regarding all outstanding accounts receivable to customer and to Finance Management.
• Responsible for the month end reconciliation of SITA receivables and the General Ledger.
••• Provide quality customer service.
