Voice Systems Guru (Top Telco Brand, high-tech project field)

JOB PURPOSE:

• Design, Maintain and Support software programming for the main “voice support systems” in CORPORATE network (Traffic Reporting and Routing systems)
• Assist internal and external teams in voice traffic flow
• Maintain and support Data entry systems for the voice support tool system
• Monitor and maintain the Global Dialplan for Telephony services
• Supporting other tools, depending on current company needs

YOUR KEY TASKS:

• Operating corporate proprietary tool, based on Oracle dB hosted on HP-UX dedicated machine, with Web interface over Virtual Machine

Specific tasks/activities:

- Monthly Telephony Worldwide Dialing Plan Implementation
- Dialing Plan preview, Merge Dialing Plan with Onnet ranges, re-mapping dial digits, updating destinations with new rates, uploading Dial Plans into voice support tools/ system
- Tool voice traffic rate dB entry support, for Routing Offnet Traffic -- Full system support for rate and dial plan entry , maintenance of server and programs
- System user access management
- Monthly Reports creation (SQL over Oracle dB)
- Offnet report, full system support including maintenance of Offnet server and offnet procedures
- Trunk Utilization Report, running reports on timely manner
- CDR integration system maintenance
- Monitoring system jobs, maintenance of disk space
- Data loading into Oracle dB (for BCRSS system)
- CDR database management, CDR reports creation, maintenance of CDR server
- Integrate feedback and recommend creative evolution of tool’s interfaces to improve efficiency of user in their day to day activity

