Job description, responsibilities and duties

THE ROLE:

Successful candidates will be expected to develop and further maintain the pipeline of strategic accounts to enrich the client portfolio of the company. Working primarily on hunting portfolio covers strategic acquisitions, tender management, planning, budgeting, market research. There will be an on-going oversight and support of company‘s Bratislava headquarters (Top / Sales Management).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Developing new strategic OPPORTUNITIES for the assigned territory of Slovak Republic (insurance, production, banking etc.).
* Responding inbound requests and executing outbound campaigns.
* Responsibility for DIRECT communication on a B2C level.
* Establishing sales OBJECTIVES by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region and defined territories.
* Projecting expected SALES VOLUME and profit for existing and possible new products.
* Explore CUSTOMERS NEEDS, develop the appropriate solutions via COOPERATION with pre-sales and development teams and close the deal.
* Optimizing and adjusting selling prices by MONITORING costs, competition and MARKET demands.
* Contributing to TEAM effort by pro-active approach, sharing information and SUPPORTING others in case of need.
* Take OWNERSHIP of the complete sales agenda and process quality fulfillment.

* HUNTER + FARMER (KAM)
* At least 3-5 years of IT __SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS__ sales experience
* Proven track record of sales in B2C primarily (B2B is OK)
* Ability to demonstrate awareness of sales process and cycle.
* Ability to pitch to senior figures at top market players (customers).
* Motivated by targets, deadlines and achievable results.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to see market "big picture"
* Good all-rounder who is prepared to multi-task.
