Pharmaceutical company Axxon Pharma Science is looking for person on the position ACCOUNTING and OFFICE SUPERVISOR (office in Bratislava)

The Accounting and Office Supervisor will be responsible for working within the accounting system completing general ledgers, accounts payable/ accounts receivable, financial reporting, chart of accounts, payroll records and performing other general accounting functions. He/she is also assigned to record daily business and advice the management about accounting principles, practices and procedures along the guidelines established by the company and current laws.
Additional responsibilities include record keeping and general office duties. The Accounting and Office Supervisor will also be responsible for assisting in the management of the business, as it relates to company strategy.
The Accounting and Office Supervisor will also be responsible for office functions and assisting sales with general.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

Accounting/Office Job Responsibilities:

• accounting knowledge and understanding of journal entries, financial reports/preparation, and regulatory reports is required.
• strong background in A/R and A/P work.
• ability to understanding/complete the general ledger, and chart of accounts, as well as preparing daily bank deposits, and completing any accounting entries.
• Report financial results and others as required.
• Prepare financial reports weekly, quarterly, and annually as needed.
• HR Administrative functions; onboarding (new hire paperwork), payroll records.
• Assist with budgets and annual planning
• Assist Sales Manager with reporting and tracking of financial/sales data.

Office Management Responsibilities:

• Complete general office administration activities including assisting sales staff with general inquires, ordering of supplies as needed ect.
• Create or assist with creation of documents, labels, and reports
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining all supplies and food for office.
• Sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• at least 2 years of experience in independent bookkeeping
• current knowledge of the provisions of tax law (income tax and VAT)
• background in accounting software is required

• He/she should be highly capable of multi-tasking, working well under pressure and keeping up-to-date with area-specific business ethics, legal documents and accounting trends, applications and programs.
