Field Applications Engineer

Awesense is currently seeking a Field Applications Engineer based out of Eastern Europe to assist with implementing our systems in the field, contribute to the evolution of our product portfolio, and contribute to the development of new business for our markets. In this role, you will combine front line technical support, on-site training of customers and sales, and actively attempt to influence customer purchasing decisions. Your technical strengths and customer-facing skills will play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction for existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for the Awesense product portfolio;
- Act in the role of subject matter expert in Awesense products;
- Travel throughout Europe up to 50% of time;
- Conduct presentations on product and project details
- Provide feedback to management and marketing for product requirements based on trends and observations;
- Work with minimal supervision and exercise appropriate discretion to establish and maintain good customer relationships for successful services delivery;
- Take the lead or assist in the development of responses to RFP/RFI/RFQ;
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations of Awesense technology;
- Assist in the production of product spec sheets, applications notes, white papers, and other collateral;
- Other duties as required.
