Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently looking for a new colleague for our Training department. We would like to welcome in our team someone energetic, self-driven professional with experience training and Field as well.
Our new colleague will perform as a Sales Trainer for one of our business division in Slovakia and strong business partner for Field.

What will be your duties on position Sales Trainer?
- responsibility for trainings in one of our business division in Slovakia (west, north, middle and south Slovakia)
- to identify individual development and training needs of our Field structure for given division
- preparation of training materials and tools, to create of tailor-made training programs
- conduct trainings and workshops
- coaching and motivation of our Field to be more efficient and result-oriented

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

- high school or university education
- experience in training at least 2 years
- orientation within Sales/Field is an advantage
- good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
- driving license B and willingness to travel
- excellent presentation skills
- PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- ability to motivate and encourage audience for trainings and drive results
