Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Organize and control Line Hauls from Garwolin (Poland) and Godollo (Hungary) and box deliveries to final destinations (last mile delivery)
• Planning and forecasting of Orders
• Communication with haulers
• Controling budget
• Reviews and audits invoices for accuracy and reconciles discrepancies
• Tenders (Line Haul, last mile delivery), negotiate and control outside vendors and KPIs in Returns Warehousing in Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Performs a variety of administrative tasks requiring considerable background in transportation operations for their successful completion.
• Develop and maintain transportation-related reporting and conduct in-depth analysis in an effort to improve and develop solutions for transportation-related efficiencies, costs or service times.
• Participates in intra-departmental and/or multi-departmental initiatives and projects
• Intrastate report
• Ensure that all policies, procedures and controls are followed and that all reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Performs other duties, tasks and activities, as required by the daily processes and/or direct manager
