Our company is operating with SSC and we are looking for a new colleague at the position of Senior Accountant who would like to be a part of our finance team. Your main scope of work will be to manage Accounts payable process for Slovakia.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate intercompany invoice processing and royalties
- Perform and cooperate on closing activities (monthly, quarterly, year-end closings)
- BS Accounts reconciliation preparation and review - variance analyses, escalation of discrepancies
- Taxes – to ensure appropriate VAT, CIT and WHT treatment
- Manage T&E – compliance with internal policies and local law
- Perform Internal controls
- Participation at the process improvement activities

You are perfect candidate if you have:
- Business academy education or University degree in Economics
- At least three years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures, US GAAP advantage
- Knowledge of VAT and CIT - the must
- English language - active knowledge
- Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to details
- Proactive approach
- Good communicative skills
