For our Sales team in our Label Packaging business we are hiring an experienced Senior Sales Representative/Sales Manager South Eastern Europe (SEE) - Labels/Adhesives. This is a very challenging role in a very fast growing business and within a high performing sales team.

You will be mainly based at our plant in Prague, Czech Republic with travel amount of 50 - 70% in South Eastern European region, and directly report to our Sales Director Eastern Europe

What we can offer you! - Your Role:

As Senior Sales Representative/Sales Manager South Eastern Europe - Labels/Adhesives you will further develop business with our customers in Czech Republic and South Eastern Europe. As well you realize and develop new business opportunities with current and potential customers and end users, maximize added value to customer leveraging our capabilities and building stronger customer intimacy.

Activities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Support in order to grow business in the country by managing current business and developing new opportunities.
  • Initiate and continuously develop business relations with customers by offering suitable products & services and ensuring delivery as agreed.
  • Monitor market developments and search for new business possibilities with potential and current customers.
  • Co-operate with internal marketing and technical resources to exploit identified sales opportunities by “selling” customers effective solutions for developing their businesses.
  • Support customers in testing newly developed applications.
  • Create and maintain price-lists and payment policies for markets under responsibility.
  • Assess financial status of customers, agree with them payment conditions and, if needed, propose to internal financial resources special payment or credit conditions.
  • Support Credit Department on following up receivables from customers and, if needed, take appropriate actions to obtain due payments.
  • Co-operate with internal supply chain resources to ensure suitable service conditions for markets under responsibility.
Position Requirements:
What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:

  • Previous work experience of 10+ years of applicable sales or related experience in printing / manufacturing industry is essential.
  • Experience in purchasing/sales in international business, ideally in South Eastern European markets is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, and Czech/Slovak both spoken and written; additional Eastern European languages such as Serbian are a plus.
  • University degree with technical background combined with solid knowledge of finance, logistics and production processes is preferred.
  • Strong interest and drive to identify/create and meet customer needs plus cultural empathy and team-player attitude to operate in complex multinational organization.
  • Perform well under pressure and be able to manage a number of key tasks simultaneously.
  • High degree of accuracy, good time-management and priority setting skills are important.
  • Energetic, proactive and enthusiastic work approach to develop business in difficult conditions of culturally divers markets is welcome.
  • Computer skills and experience in work in the ERP systems environment.
  • Valid driving licence is mandatory.
