Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Providing service delivery in recruitment and employment, new business, employee reassignment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and special projects.
Management of recruitment processes.
Coordinating and administering HR processes such as personnel administration, on-boarding of new employees, employee benefit programs, employee relations, leaves of absence, joining and leaving, personal details changes, etc.
Supporting the whole employee life cycle within the company.
Entering and maintaining employee information in HR systems to ensure that employee documentation is up to date.
Acting as a liaison between employees and/or managers and the organization by interpreting personnel policies and procedures and resolving employee concerns
Responsibility for interpreting and advising on company policies and procedures for employees and managers.
Driving and deploying HR procedures and policies and compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Reporting on regular basis.
