Job description, responsibilities and duties

• organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments for Managing Directors
• arranging travel, visas and accommodation
• screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• picking up mail at post office; dealing with incoming and outgoing mails
• producing documents, reports and presentations
• taking minutes
• organization of company events
• arrangements of ID cards for employees, communication with BTS and VIE Airport
• flight tickets booking for employees
• organization and evidence of employees parking; company cars administration
• ensuring image of ATB offices
• liaising with visitors, suppliers and other staff
• assists directors and other managerial staff
