• Establish, plan and execute standardized template reporting within the rollout phases
• Analyze the impact or program risks
• Identify and assess risks, establish contingency plans and identify triggering events
• Support the rollout managers in the organization of workshops, discussion forums and develop presentations for local entities and stakeholders
• Coordination with other project groups
• Point of Contact for teams in Access & Security Management
