Náplň práce

For a fast-growing producer of high quality, custom color and additive masterbatches for the thermoplastics industry globally

As our Customer Service Representative you would:

  • Be responsible for handling and following through with all customer inquiries. Accurately process customer transactions such as quotes, feedback and returns
  • Responsible for working cooperatively with sales team and all internal resources to ensure complete customer delight and providing a one point of contact for our customers
  • Work closely with production, quality, lab, logistics and all other internal departments to ensure customer orders are being met and communicated
  • Develop relationships with assigned customers and account managers using a "partnership" approach
  • Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery.
  • Proactively contact customers after a sale to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Remain current on consumer preferences and product development, by attending sales meetings, trade shows, etc. as assigned
  • Assist Account Managers in the development order process

Požiadavky

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate in English well
  • 2 or more years of experience working directly with external customer base is a must
  • To be proficient with a PC and have high level of desire to learn new software such as Syteline and Primos
  • Able to handle several projects in the same time
  • Positive and “can do” approach
