Job description, responsibilities and duties
-Job description:
- Resolve sometimes complex requests users may have while using our solutions
- Solve technical issues and non-standard situations customers may run into
- Closely collaborate with our IT department abroad as well as local software development team
- Ensure satisfaction of our customers and partners in delivering our services
- Be able to coordinate fulfillment of project or request
- Occasionally assist associates with solving variety of IT and technical issues
IT knowledge
- Data processing, working with databases (Oracle, MySQL)
- Programming skills (.Net, Java, html, PHP)
- Web Services (SOAP)
- UML Diagrams
- Experience in graphic design and advertising is advantage
