Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsibility for creation and control of internal documentation
- Maintain internal quality management audit system, quality policy and quality targets
- Process documents through steps in accordance with procedures and guidelines
- Evaluate documents for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain training files and logs
- Coordinate the review of Quality procedures associated with plan continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordination and realization of internal audits
- Communication with certification body
- Coordination of management review
- Compliance with the requirement of ISO/TS 16949, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, VDA, Formel Q
- Stop/ releasing materials, parts, and products based on inspection results and available facts
- Reporting the results on a weekly, monthly basis to management
