Job description, responsibilities and duties
*Review and book invoices from supplier
*Issue the invoices to Customer
* Bank account reconciliation and make payment through E-banking system
* Assist supervisor to prepare financial statement, annual report, VAT and income tax
* Expense anaysis
* Financial and accounting tasks assigned by supervisor
* Calculation and accfounting of business trips
* Checking of accounting documents
* Evidence, record and depreciationts of Fixed Assets
* Processing of accounting documents
* Reporting according the needs of FIN dept
* Cooperation with other department to prepare expense estimation
* Preparation and processing of payments
* Bank account booking, reconciliation of Bank accounts
