Head of Facility Management

For our office in Bratislava we are searching for a Head of Facility Management.
Your responsibility will be to lead the technical and commercial facility management of our property portfolio in Slovakia. This includes the communication with tenants, owners and the management of our own personnel and subcontractors. In your daily job, you will ensure a proper operation of the properties under management contract, lead contract negotiations, locate energy savings, also manage guarantee deficiencies removal procedure etc.
Your further responsibilities includes controlling and supervision of security services and also supervision of fire protection, work safety and health technicians and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
