Front and Backend Engineer (medior/senior, fully remote possible, EU timezones)

​We’re in search of a Frontend Engineer with proficiency in PHP backend to join our journey towards the inevitable volumetric future of massive, shared, and deeply interactive worlds.​

Our core team of engineers is developing the most powerful and versatile volumetric technology globally. This technology enables almost anyone to enjoy viewing and interacting with dense volumetric datasets, as well as whole interactive worlds using almost any end-user device connected to the cloud. ​Regarding our customer-facing aspects, we are in the development phase, providing a unique opportunity for you to creatively enhance the front and backend technology and its overall architecture.​

Responsibilities:

​1) Collaborating in the design of our technology stack to create a more efficient and streamlined system, with a focus on frontend development.

2) Assisting in implementing a system that enables users to experience our breakthrough voxel technology in the cloud, with active involvement in PHP backend development.

Requirements:

1) Proven experience as a frontend engineer with strong knowledge in PHP backend development.
2) Self-reliant with the ability to collaborate to make decisions about the technology stack.
3) Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
4) Knowledge of SQL and databases.
5) Proficient with jQuery, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5

Nice to have:

1) Experience with AWS cloud environment.
2) Experience with WebAssembly.
3) Knowledge of DIBI (PHP database layer)

Compensation

Our compensation package includes cash compensation as stated above. You will also be awarded stock options on a standard vesting schedule in Atomontage s.r.o.’s parent company Atomontage Inc.
