Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Support Competence Manager in creation and execution training plans based on constantly changing needs for technical trainings for service team
- Identify, prepare, execute and evaluate technical trainings for service team in cooperation with Competence manager and Operational Supervisors
- Identify the gaps between the current technical skill sets of employees and desired competence outlined in the framework
- Maintain and develop the training facilities
- Technical support for service and sales team
- Prepare and execute technology demonstrations for the customers
- Prepare and execute trainings for customers

Personality requirements and skills
- Languages : Slovak/Czech - native; English - Upper intermediate
- Education: min. secondary school + graduation, technical education preferred
- PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- basic knowledge of robotics, programming, electrics and assembly solutions
- Driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience (active sales in field, focus on technical or industrial products preferred)
- Ideal candidate is located in Bratislava or close surrounding or there is a willingnes to travel to Bratislava on regular bases
