Responsibilities:
• Register new customers, customer orders and service jobs to SAP
• Actively monitor and regularly review open unpaid orders and take corrective actions
• Regular audit of spare parts, monitoring, optimizing spare parts stock and reporting to Business Line Manager
• Optimize regular logistic flow and direct communication with logistic companies and suppliers
• Service administration and service ERP use to service related invoicing

Language
•Slovak native
•English intermediate
•German advantage
