We are looking for a professional who will ensure maximal customer satisfaction and timely cash collection by prompt customer claims & requests handling, professional communication with the customers, proper invoicing and ensuring efficient goods flow.
Register orders in SAP
Responsibility for invoicing and collection
Receiving and handling claims

Actively monitor open orders, communicate with internal and external partners about delays
