Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are now recruiting candidates for the position of Marketing Analyst who will help with the implementation of new CRM system. We are looking for a person with capability to achieve results above expectations.

Responsibilities:
* Masters the Cloud for Sales (C4S) processes & system in details.
* Train and support C4S users.
* Maintain and update customer contacts in C4S, active usage of marketing attributes for communication activities.
* Work actively with sales data (search for new way of generation, report to C4S, analysis and follow-up).
* Preparation & validation of data for customer loyalty surveys, closing the loop, action planning, follow-up.
* Analyze the market situation, market potential, execute and deliver market analysis according to business needs

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

CRM, data analysis

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Word - Basic
Microsoft Excel - Basic

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

* Slovak/Czech/Hungarian (fluent/native) + English (advanced)
* School leaving examination is a must, University education preferred
* At least 2 years working with data (market research, analysis, reporting), at least some minimum experience with communication activities
* Experience in implementation of CRM (or other) system - advantage
* Knowledge of industry - B2B environment, customer satisfaction, creation and production of marketing materials and communication activities, graphic design - advantage
* PC skills: MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel,
* Experience with SAP - big advantage
* Great presentation skills
* Strong self drive
* Excellent communication
* Able to work independently (find solutions on his own, plan activitites etc.)
* Able to work under stress and with different nationalities
