Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are now recruiting candidates for the position of Business Development Manager for Industrial Assembly Solutions in Slovakia. We are looking for a person with capability to achieve results above expectations. Someone who can deliver strong profitable growth in a growing but demanding market.


Responsibilities:
• Development of T1 market with local sales activity of respected product group of Self pierce-riveting equipment & adhesive equipment in responsible territory
• Constant mapping of selected territory and segments with possibility to create new business opportunities
• Direct support of OEM sales and project team lead by HQ in UK/GER in order to keep high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain good relationship with the customers, monitor customers feedback and promptly handle issues, conflicts or other difficult situations and report to BLM
• Direct responsibility for sales figures in respective area with high focus to reaching business lines sales targets and strategic goals
• Proactive approach towards fulfillment of customers demands with high level of profesionalizmus and technical competencies

• Position is home-based, travelling will be required.
