Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are now recruiting Project Manager responsible for Slovakia. We are looking for a persons with capability to ensure professional and timely execution of projects in line with defined project process, group & standards to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability and predictability of the project outcome.
Responsibilities:
• Completely and professionally handle assigned projects in line with project process.
• Actively cooperate with sales team, support Sales Engineers and distributors with project precalculation and prepare pre-calculation for the quotation
• Identify and coordinate internal / external vendors for the project, ensure BLMs approval and collect internal / external vendor quotes
• Identify & eliminate customer objections, monitor customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction & brand promotion through excellent project execution according to pre-calculation and calendar
• Deliver project profit according to pre-calculation and within given time limits
• Clarify specification and confirm specification after order received
Main tasks:
• collect internal / external vendor quotes
• prepare pre-calculation for the quotation
• communicate with vendors
• create and manage project team
• confirm specification after order received
• prepare project calendar
• coordinate production of project documentation
• execute the project according to pre-calculation and calendar
• create takeover documentation
• ensure receipt of customer final approvals
Position requires extensive travelling.
