Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main objectives and responsibilities are :
· Lead the National CTS Operations Team
· Provide high quality service to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
· Ensure profitable growth of service sales in line with the Group's ambition
· Maximize cash-flow
· Manage and supervise effectively the technical support, the planning and service technicians, inclusive of manpower and equipment
· Develop and retain a strong Service team by appropriate recruitment, training (both technical and soft skills) and motivation of the staff
· Develop strong support and "People-Care" approach
· Guarantee safety standards required by AC and Czech authorities including a workplace safety and ensure appropriate compulsory certification of the service staff required by law
· Plan absences within your department to ensure continuity of our services to both internal and external customers
· Be responsible for having the quality management system and policy communicated understood implemented and maintained at all levels in the team

Specific tasks:
· Control overall cost and profitability of all service operations functions in line with the annual target. Implement corrective actions if required.
· Ensure timely invoicing of aftermarket orders
· Maintain control over the productivity and keep work in progress to a minimum
· Responsible for warranty matters and reporting to the divisions
· Provide monthly reports to management on service performance
· Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
· Assist Finance Department in follow-up of bad debts for parts and service related invoices
· Plan & supervise all normal service activities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Educational Specialization

· Degree/Diploma in Engineering and/or at least 5 years’ experience in a similar environment

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

· Proven Commercial and business awareness with strong customer focus
· Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
· Excellent Planning and organizing skills
· Excellent PC/IT knowledge and are capable of coordination and implementation of new IT systems
· Ability to build strong and effective working relations with customers and colleagues
· Ability to develop people in the team
· Strong leadership skills, pro-active in looping for efficiency improvements and result oriented
