Field Service Technician (Servisný technik/technička)

We are now recruiting candidates for the position of Field Service Technician for Bratislava region. We are looking for a person with strong technical background and customer focus, capability to achieve results above expectations and willingness to learn continuously new things.

Responsibilities
• Repair of electric, pneumatic tools and adhesive systems and dosing technology
• Installation of electrical and adhesive systems and dosing technology
• Programming of tightening stations, including PLC, Fieldbus communication
• Installation of industrial software, problem solving, reporting of errors and issues
• Basic LAN networking, problem solving
• Mechanical skills
• Maintain and support the customer productions and effectivity in the area (mainly support VW Bratislava, Kia/Mobis)
• Reporting of performed service jobs to the customer
• Active communication with colleagues from other departments to ensure prompt solving of customer’s requests

Experience and knowledge requirements
• approval to work with electrical devices z.z. 508/2009, min. §22
• service technician experiences (mechanical and electronic)
• LAN networking, deeper user knowledge of MS Windows
• flexibility in working time (nights, weekends, overtime)
• driving licence
