Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are now recruiting candidates for Customer Support and Communication Manager position. We are looking for a professional who will maximize customer satisfaction and cash collection by ensuring professional support is provided to the customers by subordinated customer support team and lead marketing communication resources in order to generate business potential.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENDA:
* Lead the customer support team in line with the company people management strategy and related principles
* Responsible for invoicing and communicating availability and prices to the customers
* Order goods
* Customer and product master data maintenance
* Handle claims

MARKETING COMMUNICATION AGENDA:
* Plan, orginaze and execute company/team events or events for customers
* Regularly update company webpages and social media profiles
* Prepare marketing materials
* Coordinate global marketing communication rollouts in asigned area

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Slovak - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

* Language: English (advance), Slovak/Czech (communicative) other language - advantage
* At least secondary education with leaving examination is a must
* Min. 4 years experience in either Marketing Communication or Customer Support function, combination of both - strong advantage
* Leadership Experience - advantage
* PC skills: MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
* Good planning and follow up skills, ability to prioritize work and work under pressure
* Good communication and organizing skills
* Team player
* Ability to handle claims and conflicts
* Proactive, open minded personality with can-do approach
* Willingness and strong drive to learn new things
* Driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
