Field Service Technician ( Servisný technik/technička)

We are now recruiting candidates for the position of Field Service Technician for north-west Slovakia. We are looking for a person with strong technical background and customer focus, capability to achieve results above expectations and willingness to learn continuously new things.

Responsibilities
• Repairing of electric and pneumatic tools
• Installation of electric equipment
• Programing of tigtening stations, including PLC, Fieldbus
• Installation of industrial software, problem solving, reporting of errors and issues
• Basic networking, problem solving
• Mechanical skills, torque and angle calibration
• Reporting of performed service jobs to the customer
• Active communication with colleagues from other departments to ensure prompt solving of customer’s requests

Experience and knowledge requirements
• approval to work with electrical devices z.z. 508/2009, min. §22
• PC user skills with basic networking knowledge
• experience min. 2 years in production or maintenance
• service industrial skills (mechanical, electronic, networks, SW)
• flexibility in working time (nights, weekends, overtime)
