Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are seeking a high potential person with marketing experiences to be part of the Product Marketing Team in Eastern Europe. As a Product Manager, you will be key person in managing and developing of new product portfolio for Software Business Solutions within Eastern Europe with direct connection to Marketing division in Nacka, Sweden and Synatec Product Company in Germany.

Main tasks involve:
* Full responsibility for a product range involving product planning, requirement handling, technical support.
* Be the specialist on how your product can best be applied to customer applications, documenting and sharing best practices to the sales team and coach sales team to giving product best chance in all markets
* Create and follow up business plan and campaigns for strategic products, provide significant input into the annual marketing plan, specifically: sales forecasts for products (taking into consideration past history, market trends, competitive activity and required sales effort),
* In cooperation with Communications workout and ensure execution of effective product launch plans utilizing available resources and best existing and new communication channels.
* Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
* Developing software technical competencies with executing of product trainings and ensuring the right knowledge of the organization
* Monthly reporting to Product Marketing Manager

The position requires extensive travelling estimated 120 days/year.

Even though the position will be home based due to effective travelling and utilization of our Bratislava Lean Assembly Excellence Center the home location with 4 driving hours from Bratislava is a must.

Hungarian - Advanced (C1) and English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

* Master’s degree in Marketing or Engineering with broader software knowledge and deep experiences from either sales or marketing.
* Ability to combine technical knowledge with business opportunities.
* Outgoing, driven, structured and a team player.
* Fluent English and Hungarian is a must, fluent German & Slovak language and proven examples of active work within international environment are a major advantage
* Adaptable and interested in working with various nationalities.
* Need to love selling.
