Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role of this team is to develop and deliver custom solutions in order to support network optimizations and access infrastructure migrations.
The team cooperates closely with international specialists within the company, various external providers, and local customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Track orders using company systems to do root cause analysis
Ensure that order data is validated and properly entered in AT&T systems
Coordinate activities and identify appropriate resources
Ensure quality of service implementation, order and customer satisfaction
Track and report activities to supervisor
Serve as the lead and single point of contact for all parties involved
Coordinate all work activities & projects across all internal & external organization

Working hours: EMEA hours – 9am – 5:30pm

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

∙ Second major world language is preferable
∙ Advanced degree of PC literacy MS Office & internet
∙ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∙ Good team member, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with Managers and senior professionals throughout the MoW (Most of World) region
∙ Understanding and knowledge of project management principles (PM experience is advantage)
∙ Ability to lead project meetings and make presentation for stakeholders
