Job description, responsibilities and duties

Location: Kosice or Aupark center in Bratislava, Slovakia
Working time: EMEA from 9 AM to 5.30 PM, with occasional flexibility

Role description:

Preparation, Planning, Implementation, Troubleshooting, Documentation and Communication of all technical elements required to provide IPT and Data solutions to corporate clients
Cooperation with architecture, service management, sales and pre-sales functions

Work content & responsibilities:

Providing high-level and detailed Voice designs as integrated solutions
Translating customer requirements into technical solutions and functional specifications
Providing Steady State Design & Implementation Support
Maintaining Voice service and site specific documentation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Practical skills and experience with voice applications, infrastructure products, technologies, and services
Ability to establish, implement, and enforce appropriate standards in the creation and implementation of solutions
Experience in voice area, able to implement designed solutions based on Cisco, Avaya, Unify equipment
Voice knowledge & skills equivalent to CCNP Voice/Collaboration level
Adaptability with constructive approach to new challenges

Experience with:

Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Avaya Communications Manager, Cisco Voice Gateways, Unify OSV, Analog Voice gateways, Siemens HiCom and HiPath
Dial Plan, Numbering Plan, Call Routing, Manipulation & Presentation, Calling Privileges, Path Selection, End User features
Troubleshooting End User issues, Telephony Systems issues
CCNP Voice/Collaboration and/or Avaya certified preferred

Bachelor degree and 5 years of work experience or
Master degree and 3 years of work experience
Cisco or general SIP certification of advantage
