Robotic Process Automation (RPA)/Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) Developer

The incumbent will work with cutting edge technologies while documenting and streamlining AT&T business processes. Responsible for development and/or delivery of GCS BizOps related applications as part of an Agile development team engaged in highly-visible projects within the GDA organization in AT&T.
The incumbent will work as an integral part of an agile team to develop and maintain RPA/RDA solutions. Will be required to adhere to the principles of scrum (honesty, openness, and transparency) in all work. May be required to collaborate with other teams within the organization to deliver product documentation.
Candidate will analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, and provide recommendations on RPA/RDA approach and strategy. Will write Solution Design Documents and participate in RPA/RDA assessments along with Project Managers and Solution Engineers. Will drive and adopt best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance of automation solutions. Will get exposure to a wide variety of automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Pega Systems, and Leo. With progress, candidate can transition into fullstack developer using Python or other programming language. Comprehensive understanding of English with strong written communication skill required. Familiarity with and experience in Linux and general LAMP stack arrangements is an advantage.
