Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Location: Lakeside center in Bratislava or Kosice, Slovakia
Working hours: US business hours ( 2pm - 10:30 pm ), occasionally work on stand by over the night hours
Roles and Responsibilities:
∙ Interface with internal customers and serve as a Subject matter expert in resolving high priority outages/sev 1 issues, handling planned maintenance.
∙ Candidate must be able to escalate ongoing problems to high AT&T management, providing daily updates of existing trouble tickets.
∙ Position requires the ability to isolate, trouble shoot and resolve Layer I, Layer II and Layer III configuration and connectivity issues.
∙ Identify process gaps and document changes
∙ Define new process requirements and identify related technical system changes
∙ Write process documentation and specific workflow requirements
∙ Conduct user acceptance testing, Train and mentor user on new processes
∙ Audits process documentation, and Interface agreements, to ensure standardization among the team
∙ Supports IT development and testing activities related to new process and business requirements
∙ Perform Root Cause Analysis to identify process and system opportunities
∙ Review causes of rework and partner with providers to discuss alternative solutions, Partner with vendors, customers and peers to identify problem areas
