Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Payroll Administration for Slovakia as well as other countries (supported remotely): collects payroll relevant information; updates internal databases, administrator of Time-recording tool/processes, submits payroll information to payroll provider. She/he also monitors payroll process and intervene when obstacles occur. It is the focal point for Finance: be prepared to clarify/justify payments. Maintains auditable files, supports international projects when they occur and monitors and handles queries within the team shared mailbox from Finance, employees, HR, payroll provider.

- ensure accurate and timely submission of all payroll data to the payroll provider on a monthly
- support wider HR team on payroll processing questions, administration of the Time & labor tool as well as supporting projects for payroll process improvements, automation and the implementation of new systems (if applicable)

- Very well organized, able to prioritize workload
