Job description, responsibilities and duties

Validating SLA credit eligibility of customers’ credit claims and outages
Meeting set deadlines for communicating approved credits to Billing Organization
Timely collection of data input for validation of SLA credits
Internal SLA reports generation within set deadlines
Cooperating with Service Product Managers to ensure work quality, check unclear eligibility and address requests for exceptional credit approvals
Cooperating with Billing Organization to agree and manage effectively hand-off processes needed for accurate and timely invoicing
Cooperating with Service and Account managers to respond to complaints and escalations related to credit decisions
Sharing RPMC requirements in projects related to implementation of SLA crediting for new services, tooling and processes
Cooperating with SCOE in reviewing requests and committing support for custom deals
Cooperating with remote teams, reviewing credit decisions they made and documentation they maintain
Assisting in crediting audits

Information about the selection process

SLA Crediting Specialist will be responsible for timely and accurate credit claims and metrics misses validation and communication of the approved credits to Billing Organization, maintenance of internal reports measuring Service Level commitment to customers as well as for contributions related to projects and customizations.

Location: Lakeside, Bratislava
Working time: EMEA working hours preferably 9:30 - 18:00 CET
Contract: Maternity cover contract with possibility to be changed

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English language
Good computer skills including MS Office, Excel and Access
Knowledge of building Pivot Tables and Macros to develop and maintain SLA reports
Analytical thinking to analyze data and identify causes for missed objectives
Capability to understand and summarize complexities
Capability to map process flows and document processes
Good knowledge of multiple AT&T organizations and how they interact
Ability to communicate professionally with different organizations
Ability to prioritize assigned tasks and complete them within the set deadlines
Willingness to own tasks and drive them proactively to the resolution
Willingness for continuous learning and developing skills
Personal drive to delivering accurate work of the high quality
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team

Tooling Knowledge:

Knowledge of internal tools is beneficial

Experience in SLA credit validation processes and metrics calculations would be of advantage
