Working time : EMEA
The role of the Reporting Analyst within the Global Service Management Organization will partner with EMEA Service Management to provide a consistent interface to our key customers for all elements of the service delivered. This position performs strategic business performance reporting and planning in order to determine the need for improvements and change.
The selected candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with AT&T Customer Service functions, if required with designated customers, and will have a significant role to play in delivering overall Customer satisfaction to our strategic accounts.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Collecting, consolidating, verifying and analysing reporting data from multiple sources to produce informative, high-quality recurring reports for various internal and external audiences
• Assisting in the preparation of ad hoc reports as required
• Notifying customers of upcoming network events
• Providing expertise on billing queries and working with internal teams to resoling them
• Interpretation of reports, identifying where further analysis may be required and providing insight where applicable.
• Continued design and development of reporting as the business needs change
• Identifying, recommending and implementing improvements

• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Previous working experience in customer services and or the IT Telco industry is welcome
• Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially for Excel (formulas, macros/Visual Basic) is an advantage
• Understanding of geographical and cultural, human and business differences
• Ability to multitask in a complex environment and deliver to timescales.
• Good technical awareness or experience is preferred
• Pragmatic, lateral thinking and problem solving skills.
• Flexible, analytical and resourceful.
• Good presentation skills – bringing things ‘to the point’.
• Ability to work independently and on own initiative in highly pressured situations.
• At least 2 years of experience in an international role.
• Previous customer service or business analysis experience is an advantage
• Previous working experience in customer services and or the IT Telco industry is welcome
