Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
MAOT (Most of World – MoW – Access Optimization Team) is an operational team within the Global Delivery and Assurance organization. It is a fully self-contained team encompassing the following functions – Order Entry, Project Management, Scheduling, Provisioning, and Engineering. The role of MAOT is to develop and deliver custom solutions in order to support network optimizations and access infrastructure migrations. The team cooperates closely with international specialists within the company, various external providers, and local customers in the MoW region.
• Lead and execute service delivery activities and associated responsibilities during the E2E project cycle in MAOT environment
• Support ordering and delivery coordination of PTT circuits with Telco providers and coordinate all related sub-activities. (Focal point for the provider)
• Coordination and support of customer site migrations and proactive follow up on the open items (migration date negotiation, (de) cabling, on-site tech)
• Update and maintain internal business systems used for project control, ordering and configuration management.
• Provide reporting to either the customer facing project manager or the customer or internal partners.
• Lead escalations for both internal and customer facing issues and support any troubleshooting.
• Lead and implement small process / tooling improvement initiatives
• Working hours: EMEA hours – 9am – 6pm
• Fixed term contract - maternity cover
