Location: Kosice, Slovakia
Working time: EMEA working hours / 9.00 - 5.30 PM CET /

The Disconnect team is responsible for processing of disconnect orders in all Geographies (US, EMEA, AP, CALA). As a Project Implementation Manager you will be part of a virtual team and manage the disconnection of network services for our customers worldwide. You will be cooperating closely with customer account teams, international specialists within AT&T, customers and suppliers.

Project scope includes:
* coordination and processing of disconnect orders
* data gathering using all available sources
* order validation with customers
* owning the ordering process
* updating AT&T internal administrative systems
* managing the internal workflow
* managing and coordinating of customer de-installation and equipment shipment

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

For this position you should preferably have basic knowledge of information technologies; project management and communication skills.

Because of our international function written and spoken English is obligatory and an additional second language is advantageous.

• PC literate with experience of a range of software packages
• Being able to work in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment
• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
• Problem solving, able to work under pressure with perfect time management
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership and responsibility
• Committed to meeting deadlines and task focused
• Excellent communication skills and interested in communicating with internal and external partners
• Knowledge of AT&T Service Delivery system tools and processes will be a plus
