Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Pricing Analyst will provide support to AT&T pricing and sales teams by obtaining access line pricing, confirming coverage checks, and processing requests for feasibility. This position will majorly support post sale cost optimization as the team supports Global Access Management transformation and process improvement.

• work with pricing, implementation and sales teams by qualifying requests
• ensuring customer requirements are in accordance with AT&T’s Product Portfolio and the 3rd party Telecom Providers service offerings
• work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure the access pricing Request for Quotations (RFQs) are responded to in the correct time scales
• require information on specific Telecom Providers service details such as contract terms, cancellation charges, installation charges, etc.

The Analyst will also work with product management to clarify access line pricing and process issues, such as billing and provisioning. Other responsibilities include working with team members to identifying toolset enhancements, testing the requirements before they are moved to the production environment, and training sales teams on the features and functionality of the price quotation toolset.
