Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Work with pricing, implementation and sales teams by qualifying requests, ensuring customer requirements are in accordance with AT&T’s Product Portfolio and the 3rd party Telecom Providers service offerings
• Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure the access pricing Request for Quotations (RFQs) are responded to in the correct time scales
• Require information on specific Telecom Providers service details such as contract terms, cancellation charges, installation charges, etc
• Work with product management to clarify access line pricing and process issues, such as billing and provisioning
• Working with team members to identifying toolset enhancements, testing the requirements before they are moved to the production environment
• Responsibility for working with people across different countries and cultures

Information about the selection process

You will provide support to AT&T pricing and sales teams by obtaining pricing of externally provided telecommunication services, confirming service availability, and processing requests for feasibility. This position will also support in negotiating and optimising pricing whilst also driving new initiatives/process improvements.

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a customer sales or supplier management environment is advantageous.
• Fluent English is required (spoken and written)
• Additional foreign language skills are a plus, especially Spanish and Russian.
• Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills are essential to help manage the large volumes of work and to assist with meeting tight customer deadlines.
