Location: Bratislava, Slovakia
Working hours: EMEA hours – 9am – 6pm

Job Summary:

MAOT (Most of World – MoW – Access Optimization Team) is an operational team within the Global Delivery and Assurance organization. It is a fully self-contained team encompassing the following functions – Order Entry, Project Management, Scheduling, Provisioning, and Engineering. The role of MAOT is to develop and deliver custom solutions in order to support network optimizations and access infrastructure migrations. The team cooperates closely with international specialists within the company, various external providers, and local customers in the MoW region.

• Support service delivery activities and associated responsibilities during the E2E project cycle in MAOT environment.
• Proactive follow up on open items leading to migration readiness (migration date negotiation, cabling & de-cabling, on-site tech support preparation).
• Maintain MAOT's professional communications practice with customer, in alignment with 'AT&T Customer Rules'
• Update and maintain internal business systems used for project control and tracking
• Cooperate together with project leads and service delivery engineers

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Customer Service in IT field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Excel - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Confident communication skills, in person with local team and over the telephone with customers, third party teams, and overseas team members
• Efficient and effective time, mail, and task tracking management, comfortable and confident with daily use of MS Office
• Very accurate and disciplined, process focused, flexible, problem solver, stress resistant, team player

• Fluent English language
• a second major world language is mandatory
• 1+ years working experience in customer facing environment
