Billing Specialist for IBM is responsible for overall quality assurance of monthly billing information, validation of against contracts, data management, dispute resolution support and communication with Service delivery teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Bill cycle operation
• Execute billing cycle successfully with the pre-defined processes and DLPs, meeting operational goals.
• Validate all contractual documents in support of billing to ensure AT&T is fulfilling local government.
• In charge of invoice production to ensure invoice are presented to customer timely.
• Interface with counterparts in different functions/regions for process improvement opportunities (Sales, Service Delivery, Global Billing Solutions and our Outsources team)
• Active participation on process documentation, process flow creation, training materials preparation
