Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Candidate will operate from a Bratislava center. Our department is responsible for all billing related tasks from the initial billing set up, automated billing, manual billing, and special billing for EMEA Customers and EMEA sites of US and MOW customers.

• Billing of all AT&T's Global Services customers in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsibility for billing set up checks based on specific non-standard customer’s requirements
• Investigate possible discrepancies between billing request and Oracle financials to prevent future mistakes on invoice
• Responsibility for invoice creation and delivery
• Responsibility for creation and distribution of billing reports
• Daily communication with other departments within A&T; e.g. sales managers, dispute managers
• Daily communication with third parties regarding invoices and accounting
