Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role of the Order Manager in AT&T is to manage and support customers during the implementation of end-to-end solutions as agreed in the signed contract. Within the execution of these responsibilities you will interact and interface with various other AT&T Business Units, teams and outside suppliers all around the world.

Your responsibility will be to lead and execute parts of a wider delivery of site level customer projects that bring signed customer contracts into day-to-day production. Within the scope are handling the ordering process, updating AT&T internal administrative systems, managing the internal workflow to/from central functions, defining support procedures and have them implemented, handing over the service to the customer and to daily operations. Contacts with the projects may include international specialists from within AT&T, suppliers and customers.

Working hours: EMEA hours and US hours

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent English is a must
• PC literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word
• Minimum 1 year experience in (customer contact) Project Management/Coordination and/or understanding and knowledge of Project Management Technologies and best practices
• Strong communication skills, ability to solve problems and use of analytical thinking
• Team player with ability to multitask, handle stressful situations and organize tasks effectively and efficiently

• Overview understanding about telecommunications, networking, TCP/IP, Cisco devices is an advantage but not a condition
