Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for Candidates who will be responsible for handling customers’ Move, Add, Change and Disconnect (MACD) requests for our VOICE MIPT telephony clients working with AVAYA/CISCO PBXs/UC VOICE VOSS.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• On-time provisioning of customers’ Move, Add, Change and Disconnect (MACD) requests
• Daily active cooperation with internal and external AT&T Resources to complete provisioning tasks
• Managing own work, efficiency and quality in order to provide outstanding customer support
• Meet the required / requested time and quality targets
• Phone and email communication with the clients (requestors, site contacts and end-users).
• Phone and email communication with other teams and AT&T Vendors.
• On-call support for clients (24/7 password reset line) and for technicians
